I want to be an architect,
and I dream that in the future
I can make a lot of strange
buildings. The buildings would
be intelligent. If something bad
were happening, it would change.
So if a tsunami came, there
are two poles inside that would
become the legs and just fly
up high and everyone could live.
In 100 years, everyone on the planet will be connected to the Internet. Everyone will have access
to the world’s knowledge. We will all be connected
into an emerging global mind. Not one mind thinking
just one shared thought: the power of this would be
from a diversity of ideas and perspectives. I loved
reading that a scientist from the University of
Washington posted an unsolved problem involving
an AIDS enzyme and made it into an online game.
Within ten days, people from all over the world were
able to solve it. This is just the beginning. In 100
years, we will be living in the Age of Collaboration.
